It’s time to elect our bargaining team! Bargaining team members will represent you and your interests at the table with management. Check below to review the list you all nominated.
A super majority filled out the bargaining survey and identified the following as our top priorities:
Fair Compensation (Annual Raises and Costs of Living Increases)
Increased Differential / Premium Pay
Increased PTO
Quality Patient Care & Reliable Staffing
Now we need to elect the team to represent us at the table! There will be 5 elected members of bargaining team: 3 from Service and 2 from Pro/Tech. Review the candidates below to prepare for the election February 13 & 14.

Columbia Memorial, Lobby (next to gift shop)
7am–10am, 2pm–4pm, 6pm–7:30pm
February 14
Seaside Clinic, Breakroom
9am–noon
Warrenton Clinic, Breakroom
2pm–5pm
